Day-Of Coordination Package The Day-Of Coordination Package appeals to clients who have the time and desire to do it all themselves but want to have someone around to make it all happen on the day of the event! Basically, a blanc events coordinator only comes into the picture about a month before the event and executes on the day of to make sure everything is as perfect as you planned it! Package Details: Initial meeting prior to the event to receive all relevant information (all venue & vendor information + details) Finalize exact floorplan of ceremony and reception sites Finalize precise schedule of entire day Follow up and confirmation with all vendors including hotel/venue during the week prior to ensure proper set-up schedule, deliveries, arrival times, etc.  On-site logistics management on the day of the event (coordinating set up & take down, dealing and supervising on-site suppliers, managing catering & hotel staff, timing of events, speeches, entertainment, etc) Act as coordinator, assistant and runner to the client during the entire event!
